The most inexpensive way to manually pump water into the battery.
The manual pump is used for commercial applications, typically no more than 1 to 3 golf carts. 

To operate, connect the manual pump to the watering system and place the other end in a gallon of distilled water.
Squeeze the pump to begin filling. When batteries are filled, the bulb will become firm and prevent additional water from entering the cells.
